How and when will I be billed for my membership?
The In Bloom membership is a monthly recurring subscription. Every month your credit card on file will be charged exactly $111.00 for membership dues. No surprises! Your membership start date is the day you subscribe to the membership and renews on that same date every month. An initial two-month (60 days) membership term is required for every new InBloom Skin Therapy member.
Note: For memberships started on the 29th, 30th or 31st day of the month, your monthly dues will process on the 28th of every month.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Of course! After the required initial membership term ends (60 days after the date you sign up), you are free to cancel at any time.
If you need to cancel before the two month minimum, please reach out to me at inbloomskintherapy@gmail.com or 512-565-9963 within 20 days of the start of your current membership and I'll be happy to discuss your available options. After 20 days, the membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable until the 60 day initial required membership term has ended.
What are my options if I can't make it in for a facial one month?
No problem! If you can’t make it in, please notify me before the end of the missed month and your credit will roll over to the next month. And if you really can't use those valuable facial credits, don't worry! You are welcome to save each credit for up to one calendar year from the initial missed facial credit rollover date. You can also gift the paid value of a missed membership facial credit to a friend or family member!
